Food & gastronomy
There is nothing to worry about when it comes to the food. The chef works with passion for fresh ingredients. The kitchen staff strives to ensure that all the food is made from scratch. Fish is the central element of the menu and selected suppliers ensure that the restaurant receives the fresh fish shortly after it has been auctioned.
Some ready-packaged solutions for menus have been made, but if it doesn’t quite suit your wishes, we are happy to accommodate your wishes to the best of our abilities.
