Program for the evening:

5:30 PM – Arrival at Skagen Fish Restaurant
6:00 PM – Queen’s New Year’s Speech with snacks and welcome bubbles
6:30 PM to 11:30 PM – Dinner with including wine menu
11:00 PM – Coffee & Digestifs
11:30 PM – Open bar
11:45 PM – Champagne & marzipan ring cake
12:00 AM – Happy New Year, watch fireworks from the rooftop or the street
1:45 AM – The first “last round” of the year
2:00 AM – Thank you for tonight

Butter-poached Vesterhavs cod
Beetroot puree, bacon dust, horseradish and parmesan snow, pickled glass eels, and herbs

Hand-cut beef tenderloin tartare
Uhr emulsion, crispy langoustine, burnt pickled chives, and watercress

Vol-au-vent with lobster tails
Citrus cream, trout roe, and ironwort

and

Vol-au-vent with cold-smoked salmon
Smoked cheese cream, watercress, caviar, and radishes

Main Course
Skin-fried Hake
Smoked celery puree, braised fennel, butter-poached carrots, and lovage cream

Dessert
Malt Chocolate Mousse
Rum caramel, crystallized white chocolate, pomelo, and red wood sorrel

The ticket price includes:

Menu and wine menu (ad libitum)
Welcome drink and coffee with digestifs, along with petit fours and marzipan cake with Champagne
Open bar from 11:45 PM to 1:45 AM with house wines (red, white, sparkling), Skagen beer, and cocktails (G&T, Dark ‘n’ Stormy, & Aperol Spritz)

Price per person DKK 2023 (DKK 1523 to be paid at the time of ticket purchase, and the remaining DKK 500 on the evening)
