At Illum Rooftop in the heart of Copenhagen you will find the Skagen Fish Restaurant offering you great views. We have taken a large part of the team with us from Skagen to Copenhagen, so that our guests in Copenhagen shall receive the same personal service which we provide in Skagen. Here, fish is also the key element of our menu, notably fresh seafood, which has been caught by the waters around Skagen. Selected suppliers ensure that we receive the fish shortly after it has been auctioned.
