At Illum Rooftop in the heart of Copenhagen is Skagen Fiskerestaurant with a fantastic view. We have brought a large part of the team from Skagen, so that guests can get the same Jutlandic, personal service in Copenhagen. Fish is also the central element of our menu here, fresh fish and shellfish, which are raised from the waters around Skagen. Selected suppliers ensure that we receive the fish shortly after it has been auctioned.
