Catering for a meeting is one of the most demanding things at Skagens Fiskerestaurant. Everything served at the restaurant is made from scratch using fresh seasonal ingredients, and the menu varies with the seasons. The heart of the menu is fish, which is included in all dishes.

Where do you have conference rooms, and what type of setting can we expect?
The conference facilities are at Skagen Fiskerestaurant Esplanaden in Copenhagen. It is intended as a charming, warm setting, where the atmosphere is a little more relaxed than a classic meeting room. The goal is that you both get your work done and have a good experience doing it.
What kind of catering can we expect?
The food is one of the things that people are most picky about. Everything is made from scratch with fresh seasonal ingredients, and the menu varies with the seasons. Fish is central and is included in the dishes, so you get a clear “Skagen thread” throughout the day.
What does “Short Meeting” include and how much does it cost?
“Short meeting” includes water with and without soda, coffee/tea, cake and fruit. The price is 195 DKK per envelope, and there is a room rental fee of 1.500 DKK on top. It is a good fit if you are going to get together for a few hours and want everything to run smoothly.
What is “Morning Meeting” and what do we have for lunch?
“Morning meeting” includes water, coffee/tea, pastries, fruit and lunch in the restaurant including 1 soft drink per person. The price is 495 DKK per place setting, and room rental is 2.000 DKK. You choose the same lunch for the whole group, and you can typically choose between the day’s open sandwiches, “A taste of Skagen” sharing style or Caesar salad.
What is the “Afternoon Meeting” and is it the same as the morning package?
The afternoon meeting is structured in reverse, so you start with lunch in the restaurant and continue with water, coffee/tea, cake and fruit. The price is also 495 DKK per place setting, and the room rental is 2.000 DKK. The lunch selection works in the same way, where the entire group chooses the same serving.
What does the “Full-Day Meeting” include, and who is it suitable for?
The full-day meeting is for those of you who want a full day with breaks, energy and a clear rhythm. It includes morning coffee/tea with pastries and fruit, lunch incl. 1 soft drink per person, and afternoon coffee/tea with cake and fruit – plus sparkling and still water. The price is DKK 795 per person, and the room rental is DKK 2.000.
What if we have allergies or special dietary requirements in the group?
Allergens and other dietary requirements will be taken into account if they are notified at least 3 days before the meeting. In practice, this means that you can receive clear information about allergens and be guided if you notify us well in advance. This will avoid guesswork on the day and everyone can feel safe about the food.
