Experience Thomas Castberg's creative kitchen, where seasonal ingredients are transformed into narrative dishes. Choose between full service or actively participate in the cooking school and become part of the magic in the kitchen.

As a rule, a 3–4 course menu is served.

The event requires a minimum of 10 people.

At cooking schools, guests actively participate in the preparation, and there can be up to 20 people.

Prices:
– 3–4 course menu incl. cooking school: from DKK 1.599 per person
– 3–4 course menu excluding cooking school: from DKK 1.399 per person

Included in the price:
Thomas Castberg is responsible for the idea, story and drawing of the menu with a focus on seasonal ingredients, preparation of recipes, professional preparation and serving of the food.
Tableware in the form of plates, cutlery and dishes is provided.

Not included (unless otherwise agreed):
Tables, side tables, chairs, table setting, glasses and wine.
